Casa Flotante is an attractive traditional Andalusian finca, suitable for maximum 4 people. It boasts two large bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom and a lovely swimming pool and extensive grounds in the Axarquia region of Andalusia, with the beautiful Costa del Sol in half an hour’s drive.

When you take the country road through the hilly area Loma de Arriba, after six minutes you will find Casa Flotante nestling in the hills. Immediately after arrival in this beautiful setting you can feel yourself unwinding. The finca is located just outside the village of Canillas de Aceituno, on the outskirts of the natural parks of SierraTejeda y Alhama. In the evenings you will see the twinkling lights of this lovely white mountain village. From the property you have panoramic views of La Maroma, the highest mountain in the region at over 2,000 metres.
The garden is spacious and full of grapevines, olive and fruit trees and beautiful flowers. The property is 860 square feet with 1,6 acres of land, a large part of which is enclosed, so it’s also safe for our smaller guests. Casa Flotante is ideal for families and couples who will appreciate the tranquillity and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
The cozy Casa Flotante has been built in keeping with Andalusian tradition. It has high ceilings with wooden beams and thick walls. The spacious open-plan living/dining area is tastefully furnished and equipped with both central heating and air-conditioning, making it an ideal house for all-year-round living. The wood burning stove is a well-placed focal point for lazy days in a wonderful ambience during the winter. Internet and satellite TV are connected.
