Upon entering the hall you will notice the open plan living space and the typical Andalusian atmosphere. On the right, you enter the kitchen and dining area. On the left you come into the living room with a very cozy lounge area, a built-in wood burning stove, a TV and stereo system. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas hob with two burners and two electric plates and plenty of storage. Needless to say, all the necessary pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware for four people are available. Kitchen towels, tea towels and dishcloths are included.
The property boast two large bedrooms with a spacious family bathroom in the middle. The left bedroom has an extra-large double bed (180 x 210); the guest bedroom features a large double bed (180×200) which can easily be divided to make two single beds. There are mosquito nets above both beds which are equally practical and romantic. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe with shelves and storage. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower and sink. Towels are provided, both for home use and for the pool/beach… you only have to bring your clothes!
Outside you have a choice of terraced areas to sit and relax. There is an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, grill and sink so you can enjoy alfresco evenings. The small pool is perfect to cool off in on hot summer days. There is an outdoor shower, loungers and a parasol. The pool has its own filtering and cleaning system and is regularly serviced by a specialist pool company.
There is a large car parking area.
