Malaga (36 miles), the city of Picasso, is a big city with an international sea port and airport. Recently, the city has opened many new museums, including a branch of the Centre Pompidou and shows a part of the Russian Museum collection. Moreover, it has great shopping, an atmospheric “Arab Quarter” including Arab Baths, many modern buildings, the best fashion shops and boutiques and some interesting food markets which are equal to those of other major cities such as Amsterdam.
